The latest Stellar 3000 range is now available with a stunning black enamel finish. Stellar 3000 pans are induction suiteable, even though they are hard anodised.
Induction cooking works by using magnetic energy to heat the base - traditional hard anodised pans are not magnetic. However, with the 3000 range, Stellar have inserted an 'induction base' into the bottom of the pan so that it will work on all hob types. Stellar 3000 is also approved by Finish for dishwasher use.
