Complaints
We try and provide our customers with the best possible service and prices, and please feel free to telephone or contact us in any way with comments, suggestions or complaints. Our customer service number is 01877 332 702, and is open weekdays from 9.00 - 5.00, normal telephone rates apply.
Please notify us as soon as possible if any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods have been received and we will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement whichever the customer prefers.
The customer may cancel the goods ordered at any time and in addition may return any goods within 7 working days of receipt and we will refund the full amount as soon as the goods are received back in our premises, providing the goods are in their original packaging and have not been used.
Privacy
We do not pass on any details to any other company and only request information which is directly relevant to the order. Contact our administration manager if you require further information.
Prices
All the prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include v.a.t. In the case of errors or price changes after an order has been placed the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. |
