Our standard U.K. delivery charge is £4.95 per order. This covers England, Scotland and Wales. All other areas' orders are charged according to weight -
please place your order as normal and we will contact you with the
revised cost of delivery for your acceptance before the order is
dispatched.
Most of the items listed are normal stock items and goods are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 days of us receiving the order.
When items are out of stock we will contact you with estimated delivery times
as you may wish to cancel the order if you are unable to wait for
delivery.
We use Parcelforce 24 Hour Service for U.K. Mainland deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday
to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Deliveries
will require a signature unless you include alternative delivery
instructions, e.g. leave with neighbour, leave in garage, etc. We
do not expect you to stay in all day waiting on a delivery - we
will send orders to alternative addresses, e.g. a workplace,
relative, etc.
Delivery
time to other areas varies according to location, but we will give you an estimate
of when we expect your order to be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our delivery charges are applied per order, not per item. When signing for goods, please mark as 'UNCHECKED' with your signature.
If damage is apparent when your order is delivered, please record the actual condition, ie. damaged, broken, wet, rattling etc. when signing for the delivery.
