To do this they uses Cromova 18 Stainless steel which has been designed exclusively for the manufacture of Global Knives. Over the years Global has attracted much acclaim and received countless awards including numerous 'Good House Keeping Tried and Tested Award' and 'Best Knife' by WHICH! Global knives are favoured today by many high ranking chefs in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants and regularly feature on television cookery programmes in the hands of the most celebrated chefs.
