sharpening steel or a whetstone.
This award winning sharpener consists of two ceramic whetstone wheels (one
coarse grade, one medium grade) in an ergonomic housing with a rubber topped
handle. The grooves are oblique to the wheels so you get the perfect angle
every time.
Incredibly easy to use:
Simply pour water into the compartment to keep the
revolving ceramic whetstones cool and clean during sharpening
Run the knife through the Coarse White Wheel groove seven or eight
times
Run the knife through the Medium Pink Wheel groove seven or eight
times
