Inspired by the designs of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements of the early 20th century we have faithfully recreated the shape of the original Cahnatry Knife Sharpener.
It reproduces the action of a butcher's steel and automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied equally to both sides of the blade. The steels revolve under tension and do not wear away the blade.
Suitable for knives with plain or serrated edges.
