This Zwilling Pure paring knife has all the hallmarks of designer Matteo Thun. Innovative while down to earth and practical functional with aesthetical perfection offering precise cutting. Zwilling Pure paring knives are made from special formula steel, precision forged from one piece. The blade, bolster and handle follow a flowing form. The Friodur ice hardened blades have maximum no stain properties and blade strength, and extra fine honing of the cutting edge gives superior performance. A curved and recessed bolster provides a seamless transition from handle to blade and supports the thumb for better balance and safety.

Focussed on straight, elementary design û light and elegant in form and material.

The Zwilling Pure Knife Range was born from a goal of creating an every-day knife without compromising on quality or design. Designed by Matteo Thun, the result is extraordinary. An appealing aesthetic combined with the precise and dynamic performance synonymous with Zwilling.

Zwilling's special formula steel combined with their Sigmaforge and Friodour processes result in blades of exceptional hardness and durability whilst remaining corrosion resistant. The blade, bolster and handle follow a flowing, ergonomic line to ensure comfort even after prolonged use.
