Delivery
We pride ourselves on our fast delivery service and aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. You should receive yours within 3-4 working days.
If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 5 working days, please contact us.
Express Delivery
Although our Standard Delivery service is fast, we also offer Express Delivery.
Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday, choose Express Delivery and we'll despatch your parcel on our Express Service for delivery the following working day.
We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays.
We are unable to specify a time for Express Deliveries, delivery can take place any time between 8am and 6pm and all Express Delivery parcels will need to be signed for.
GB & UK Non Mainland
Delivery costs are per order - any number of items up to 30kg and includes Value Added Tax at 20%. For the Channel Islands this will be deducted during the checkout process.
European regions
Delivery costs are per order - any number of items up to 30kg. All our displayed prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax at 20%. Exchange rates vary and are determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.
Rest of the World
Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. This sales tax is not applicable on sales outside the EU and will be deducted from orders to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. Divide our price by 1.2 to get the price you will pay. You should also check if your order will be subject to any import charges, as we cannot do this before dispatching your order.
Delivery charges are based on size and weight. When you place your order an estimated delivery charge is added automatically to your order. We will then contact you with the actual cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the additional charge before we send them and before your card is debited.
We use Parcelforce International for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices.
Receiving Your Order
The Express Delivery service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery - you will be notified by email once your goods are dispatched. Upon receipt of goods please endorse the delivery note with both your signature and the time of delivery. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 7 working days. If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or part of your shipment is missing, please tell us immediately upon receipt of goods quoting your order number (telephone 01877 332702). We will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement - whichever the customer prefers.
- For orders of £40 or more, Standard GB Mainland Delivery is FREE!
- For orders up to £39.99, Standard GB Mainland Delivery is £3.95.
- Express Delivery carries a £3.00 surcharge
