Can, Bottle and Jar Openers

Opening cans, bottles and jars can be a trial. A good can opener will open most cans (even badly dented ones) with ease, but thicker gauge ones might still cause a problem. Wall mounted and heavier, more robust can openers will deal with thicker cans better, while easier to use automatic can openers are an incredibly handy gadget to have in the kitchen. Jars can be particularly stubborn - once a jar is opened, closed and placed in the fridge the temperature inside drops, the air contracts and a vacuum is created.
