The Saucepans and Casseroles have capacity markings on the inside making it easier for measuring. They have an elegant straight sided design with a thermal base to ensure even heat distribution and no hotspots! The stainless steel base also means they are suitable for all hobs INCLUDING induction hobs (EXCEPT the Roasting Pan). All items are dishwasher safe and are oven safe to 240°C/475°F or Gas Mark 9.
