Ken Hom came to prominence after a BBC television show in the early 1980s about Chinese Cookery. A couple of years later, after the show had been distributed around the world, he started designing his own wok, in conjunction with William Levene Ltd. Today, the Ken Hom range has expanded to cover all aspects of oriental cookery.
