The hi-low interior groove system not only gives a high resistance to abrasion but requires very little or no oil, making for healthier cooking. Each piece of cookware is finished in high quality stainless steel. It ensures even heat distribution whilst eliminating 'hot spots' and trouble free cleaning with ease. All Elite items are covered by the Circulon Lifetime Guarantee and are dishwasher safe. The close fitting stainless steel and glass lids seal in flavour and nutrients. Due to the glass lids and silicone soft grip handles, this cookware range can only go in the oven up to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4. Suitable for all conventional heat sources and induction hobs.
