Designed in conjunction with Michel Roux Jr, this is the first time the Michelin star chef has created a cookware collection.

Certain pieces in the range carry GreenPan™'s unique Thermolon™ Rocks Professional ceramic non-stick coating. Made with minerals instead of plastics, this non-stick coating offers excellent heat distribution and cooking control. With no PTFE's utilised, this non-stick surface not only means that no harmful chemicals are emitted into the environment if the pan is accidentally overheated, but also enables the products to be manufactured with no PFOS and 60% less CO2 emitted. The non-stick coating is heat resistant even up to 450°C/850°F.

The cookware also has some great practical features like capacity markings on the inside of the pans, triple-layer construction for efficient heat distribution and all round pouring rims. They are suitable for all hobs including induction.
