Designed in conjunction with Michel Roux Jr, this tri-ply stainless steel pan range is the first time the Michelin star chef has created a cookware collection. This range of pans has the unique Thermolon ROCKS 'eco-friendly' non-stick coating and is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The tri-ply construction offers excellent heat distribution, and the coating is made with minerals instead of plastics. The absence of PTFE from this non-stick surface not only means that no harmful chemicals are emitted into the environment if the pan is accidentally overheated, but also enables the products to be manufactured with 60% less CO2. The non-stick surface is also incredibly resistant - even at 450C/850F, no toxic fumes wll be emitted and the surface won't blister or peel and is oven safe. Stainless steel handles to minimize heat transfer.
