The new Anodized Clad range has a different construction from the Advanced range it replaces, with a stainless steel interior and hard anodized exterior bonded to an aluminium core. Clad construction guarantees fast, even heating, even up the sides of the pan. The stainless steel interior is safe to use with metal utensils while the clear coat exterior enables easy cleaning and ensures the pan will not scratch or chip. Riveted stainless steel and silicone comfort grip handles for added safety. Due to these handles these pans are only oven safe to 180°C/375°F or Gas Mark 4. Suitable for all hob types, INCLUDING induction hobs and all Raymond Blanc Anodizes Clad are supplied wth a lifetime guarantee.
