The Stellar 3000 range is now available with a stunning black enamel finish, making them easy to clean and even more durable. Stellar 3000 pans are induction hob suitable, even though they are hard anodised.
Induction hobs use magnetic energy to heat the base of the pans. Traditional hard anodised pans are made entirely from aluminium (not magnetic) and are therefore not induction hob friendly.
With the 3000 and 3000 Black ranges, Stellar have inserted a stainless steel 'induction base' into the bottom of the pan so that it will work on all hob types. Stellar 3000 Black cookware is also approved by Finish for dishwasher use.
