Stronger than stainless steel, this range of pans is constructed from extremely durable, heavy gauge hard anodised aluminium for strength and long life. This strength is further enhanced by riveted handles and a Teflon Platinum Pro reinforced non-stick surface, promising long lasting efficiency. Contrasting mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel lids and handles complete the styling and provide a striking overall effect. Hard anodised pans have long been popular because of their durablity and non-stick qualities, however their disadvantage was that they could not go in a dishwasher.
