Delivery Details


UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands and Skye)

Our delivery charge for mainland U.K. is £4.95 per order (any number of items up to 30kg).

We use the Parcelforce 48 hour Courier Service (signed for and tracked). This ensures that your order is with you as soon as possible - usually within 2 days of despatch.

Delivery costs are per order - any number of items up to 30kg and includes Value Added Tax at 15%. For the Channel Islands this will be deducted during the checkout process.

Delivery costs are per order - any number of items up to 30kg.All our displayed prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax at 15%. Exchange rates vary and are determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.

Rest of the World

Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%. This sales tax is not applicable on sales outside the EU and will be deducted from orders to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. Divide our price by 1.15 to get the price you will pay. You should also check if your order will be subject to any import charges, as we cannot do this before dispatching your order.

Carriage
Carriage charges are based on size and weight. When you place your order an estimated shipping charge is added automatically to your order. We will then contact you with the actual cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the additional charge before we send them and before your card is debited. We use Parcelforce for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices.

Delivery takes about 5 - 10 working days. Please mark deliveries as 'UNCHECKED' when you sign for them in case there has been damage in transit.

Receiving Your Order

The Parcelforce Next Day Courier service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery - you will be notified by email once your goods are dispatched. Upon receipt of goods please endorse the Parcelforce delivery note with both your signature and the time of delivery. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 7 working days. If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or part of your shipment is missing, please tell us immediately upon receipt of goods quoting your order number (telephone 01877 332702). We will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement - whichever the customer prefers.
